@Simoncho Would you pay the mortgage off in one big AGY selloff?
Or would you withdraw your mortgage repayments monthly, enabling you to retain the vast majority of your holdings which would allow you to enjoy the growth of this stock? That is, if you expect this stock to grow at, or greater than, the rate of your mortgage...
