Required Energy and water are the 2 out off the 3 things that are questionable with DLE.. The 3rd.... is plant... it's an extra process and requires plant... for what benefit?

As mentioned by many- time is at minimal on par benifit once required ponds are in cycle.. What costs more to create and maintain.. Ponds or plant- which are better environmentally.... (esg????)

As mentioned after the initial concentration of the brine via ponds or DLE the companies need the same style of refinement process...

In my opinion if a company was to really make serious advancement in quality Brine tech it would be on the refinement side of process... Tech advancement that makes it more efficient...

I'm a Miner- minings changed little over time historically- slowly advancing in getting the ore via scale. Effectively all we've done is go bigger... Similar process on scale...Refinement and processing is where making real efficiencies has occurred.

If you research Pab's history early 2000...exactly what he did for previous employer to keep them profitable in tight margin times...Back when JL was there..

Ponds didn't change... Refinement & process did.. Pabs had the knowledge to adjust to market conditions.
