You have to wonder about the relationship between Jerko, Bell Potters and the insto`s..well I do anyway..
a brokers job is as "middle man" bit like a real estate agent, they need to drum up deals between business and instos to make their commission, so did BPs approach AGY and suggest a CR..and then introduce the deal to instos?... in preparation BPs would have AGY spruce the house up a bit release a few announcements to promote the share price for a better CR price....we saw exactly that... but are the instos in on this too at the pre CR level or are they strictly just a customer of BPs?...are these international instos a bit like mug punters is what I mean.. they just got sold $30m of AGY at 13c when price was 18.5c that looked great!..but now just a few weeks later its 11c..I`d be a bit pissed if that were me in that scenario...I have no idea if the business relationship is that simple between all three of them but I`d love to know what's really going on behind the scene. why is price below CR and being straddled?.
