US Futures down 2%, ASX down 2.2%, what I'm not understanding is US PPI data came in well under than expected - 0.1% decline instead of expected 0.3% increase. Markets have declined further however? Isn't the lower the better as signifying inflation is dropping (with higher data meaning higher inflation) or am I incorrect?
