Well there should be some time frame. Gov's all around the world seem to treat approvals as some type of master/servant power trip as opposed to a simple project of assessment and approval/refusal. There is no reason they couldn't give a time frame. Even run an average timeframe of past approvals.
That being said management have traditionally been poor at hitting dates however they have a good completion reputation.
It's not about whether it turns the sp around today moreover a de risking to reduce the games. When the resource is grown and the approvals given and partner negotiations underway or done there is no games to be played anymore.
As I've and others have said the sp action isn't retail mums and dads sitting on a screen endlessly dumping the price of a coffee parcels of shares all day it's the lower tier instos (higher cant play in this area) who are bot cross trading.
The lower tier instos do two things:
They relentless cross trade or buy/sell with the gain to the house (just like the 00 on the roulette wheel at the casino)
or they borrow shares to short - which can only be from the lower tier insto holders.
neway it is what it is and it'll be a pleasant surprise if all our ducks can line up becasue they never have in the past.
