Agree, this all too transparent to be systemic. MMs taking full advantage of the msm induced fear as evidenced by 1000's of bot trades last few days. Might be an indication of peak despair rounding out the bottom on the 5 minute chart.
Argosy are on the cusp of becoming a producer, supplying a source of energy mandated by Govts around the world. BEOT knows the value of our product, they're essentially buying $5 notes for under 50 cents!
