IMO, the abuse across Lithium sector is now too extreme beyond belief. There are definitely some large funds/instos acting in groups attacking the retail shareholders and scaring the shit out of them. Not one, not two but almost all of them are falling hard.

Lithium stocks did very well in the last year or two and lots of retailers are sitting on nice profit. It appears to be a long term shareholder squeeze by the shorters. Look at the increasing number of shorts in this sector.

I hope this is the last tree shake before these monsters move on with their fat profits in the expense of us mum and dad investors. The over-all market should stabilise once FEDs take a pause with aggressive rate hikes.

I did contact the management (Jerko) recently and was advised that everything is BAU on site. Nothing has changed from company perspective, and no news i.e good or bad is being held back.

Also, not sure why we are speculating about a CR all of a sudden. As per my understanding new shares may be issued to our strategic partner as part of funding and offtake arrangement that is likely to be finalised in near future. I don't see any CR out of desperation at this time when our fundamental are stronger than ever.

The most anticipated company making milestones are to be finalised and announced in near future. This is the perfect time for the bigger fish to take a stake in AGY by stealing our shares.

Hold tight fellow shareholders. We are being hunted by the hyenas. If you can, best thing is to do is nothing in these circumstances IMO.
