    Not easy to find out for a fact but its the general rule of thump, although my understanding is they have been close in recent times. I know at one point JZ saying that they hope to get contracts somewhere between North Asia and spot, if your looking for offtakes and funding /pre payment its unlike spot will be the reference IMO.
