These numbskulls have no idea.
AGY can produce near pure LCE (99.7+) at scale now and onsell for an excellent profit whereas these wannabe producers have no idea if & when , BUT even if they were to BUY any other technology ( which will cost them an arm & a leg) it does not affect AGY prospects now & into the future.
Whether these knockers realise it or not Lithium is the oil of the future and like the many oil companies which make Billions of $$ p.a. , so can many LCE producers.
However they need to realise that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. So if they have half a brain they would be investing in AGY now while the special price is still on offer , and not waste their time on lost causes....
