    Your previous post you implied that you are a 'pumper' - read it again. I call the majority of your posts of 'up-ramping' nature. They do not have the environmental approvals - they've been delayed by yrs and they are only producing of a miniature scale that is so small it's having a detrimental affect on the SP obviously. The End.
