iirc the EIA report for the 10ktpa was submitted in early 2021.
That means it has been about 2 years since submission.

Calling out that as crap.
Btw:
The company initially reported that they were targeting approvals in the second half of 2021 (<12 months), which imo was a reasonable expectation at the time, considering that the prior approval for the 2ktpa plant + associated operation was received in about 12 months afaik.
This narrative of AGY “breaking promises” is getting old….
