It's concerning that the great GCAR doesn't know when the EIA was submitted. All the main completed sections of the EIA report had been submitted in December 2020 for review by the regulatory bodies, with the "Communication Plan and Community Participation" sub-section to be submitted upon completion. The regulatory bodies have had the report for 2+ years (and the final sub-section stated above since Q1 2021).

What's getting old is management attempting to give timeframes or guides. They're easily 12-24++ months incorrect, most of the time. I get second hand embarrassment for you guys when I read the comments after an announcement stating some type of material progress is going to happen [insert unrealistic timeframe here]
