The fact remains that this claim:

AGY are 2+ years behind on their environmental approvals

is rubbish and belongs in the same bin as

sentiment and lithium pricing won’t move the stock”.

The simple fact is that the govt is dragging its heels on reviewing, assessing, clarifying and approving our EIA report, and issuing the related permits.
JZ expected it to happen in <12 months, based on previous outcomes. Simple.
It is out of our control and updated expectations have been given based on whatever interactions and feedback the company has had with the govt.
    Simple.

Stakeholders in the business would not accept, on balance, that JZ says “we can’t provide any expected timing because it is out of our hands”, he has to provide some guidance, and he has. ..and revised this as required.

He has also provided very clear “disclaimers” on these types of forward-looking statements, as I pointed out the other day.

Be thankful we are not in GXY/AKE’s shoes in Canada, still waiting after about 5 years for govt approvals for a spod mine.

Other Li brine juniors have been spinning their wheels for years, pointing to minuscule lab samples and waiting for someone to drop ++$500M in their lap.
