    The court case is most concerning to me. Environmental groups teaming up with indigenous groups to create a sovereign risk. I like AGY, it looks like a strong management team, but I can't buy until the uncertainties are dealt with.

    I think the SP may head quite a bit lower before issues are resolved, unfortunately.
