The answer to my question then is that whatever they are they are not on AGY land.
The rest of your response though was as usual just more bs & drama.
AGY has plenty of room for expansion & the plans for the 10kt pond expansion have been duly reported to share holders. It looks like they are going to put that on RIO's land if your map is correct.
The expansion will get its clean energy power source from the Altiplano solar power park which also looks like it's been built on RIO land.
