Could we see a similar deal with our potential " tier 1 " partner, as LLL have announced with gangfeng today? Great move by them imo
They literally sold themselves to a Chinese entity. But that's considered a great move?
I'm glad AGY doesn't have such Chinese exposure especially when the entire western world is trying to de-risk from China at the moment.
And no, AGY won't have such horrible deal since our funding won't involve dilution.
