In regard to the output from the plant. I see it this way. 3% output of nameplate just means they haven't been doing steady-state continuous production. If you look at the announcements, they go on about plant works, which probably means ripping up parts of the plant and making changes etc during which production likely completely halts. In fact, the last announcement said they would be doing more of this though targeting more run time,

'Current commissioning works have progressed to a semi-continuous operations phase, with planned upcoming works targeting to achieve continuous operations and leading to ramping up production operations during H2-CY2023'

If they were at 30% and stuck for months, then I would probably worry a bit more. The show hasn't begun yet. Jerko and Puna Mining have a huge financial incentive to make this plant work. So, I just remain patient and let them get the job done.
