Articles say the pilot plant was purchased and will remain in Salta Argentina. That could be the Rincon pilot plant. Strangely enough articles I've read fail to disclose who the vendor is. PUR just purchased a pilot plant. Makes for an interesting topic. Who's pilot plant was it? Could AGY sell their pilot plant? Are they in discussions? hmm.
