I also think that this is actually the correct move, and if anything, I believe AGY may have benefited from this communication strategy if adopted a little earlier. I share the view of a few others that it has built a monthly expectation of "news", and it's not really required.
My only gripe (extremely minor) is that this change in communication strategy could have been advised in either the last monthly update, or the quarterly, to manage shareholder expectations moving forward.
