You've got some people valuating AGY at $3b as it currently stands, and others who with their wishful thinking choose sky high numbers for calculations. I wouldn't bother with your replies to gcar mate - complete waste of time. You'll never get through to the cheersquad no matter how logical you can be. Everyone else is wrong, the market is wrong, management have been on track all these years and nothing has gone awry. So much so some resort to fraudulently cropping other company photos to pass off as AGY's - and not-surprisingly not called out by a single cheersquad member, who claim they're not bias (LOL) - and others straight up lying to make themselves sound more credible. It's a circus.
Wait for Gcar's reply - I can bet the house that it'll include his go-to "you can't compare to those companies" you mentioned to AGY. Apparently AGY are in a different league all together. I would agree though, MBL versus AGY in the the little league.
Ironic that there's every chance AGY won't be valued too far off LKE this week. Damn that's going to be awkward... mainly for Gcar as he's trolling those threads, not even as a holder.
@Smith71 good post anyhow, looks logical - but as you said P/E is too difficult to calculate at this point in time. I do think it will be more on the lower end, just because of company's inability to get key milestones achieved within the guidance they provide the market. This will have a detrimental effect on the share price once they get bigger in 5-7 years time and start selling 10ktpa product (as seen recently with CXO). EPS may eventually be decent, but the share price won't reflect a high P/E ratio due to other factors.
IMO of course.
