No nationalisation risk at all? I know Salta, Catamarca and Jujuy want to stick with the status quo, but never discount political opportunism, particularly for a country with dire economic issues. Argentina goes to the polls on 23 October, and lawmakers within the ruling party have already pushed for nationalisation. Obviously the Puna JV works heavily in AGY's favour, but who knows what the future holds when politicians are trying to curry favour from a disenfranchised populace. It's unlikely, but never say never.
