Could be wrong but IMO the next part of the psychology...once its close/set keep the pump down hard price for a bit (so they are bitter/angry - are we there yet who knows)...set/achieve a mini rose price that will entice them to never want to go through that crap again (usually around some announcement) ...and like magic the nervous cats are out...job done....after that who knows
