At the recent AGM a Q was asked in regards to marketing. JZ responded that his preference is to promote directly with fund managers rather than social media as the core audience is retail. They will unlikely bring the volume necessary to seriously move the needle compared to investment instos.
Agree or disagree with this approach. I am just repeating what was communicated.
