Cheers for the info. Totally understand the point with regard to marketing, but I'm speaking about PR more broadly. I'm still of the opinion that a decent PR rep is a low-cost, high yield investment that would protect JZ's time for bigger and better things. Good PR conveys a sense of professionalism, keeps everyone informed and most importantly allows JZ to get on with more important business.
