perhaps. Tier one ready to put pen to paper once 2ktpa fully operational and 10ktpa expansion approved. IMO to me it seems likely that this is what is happening in the background, although we are just guessing, but if a tier one partner sees our soon to be ready 2ktpa operation as proof of concept, and 10ktpa approvals as enough supply for their requirements down the track, then the ducks would all be lined up. I guess we are just waiting on Pablo to come through with the goods.
