The issue is all the fake dual accounts and false information spread to try and spook investors who don't know any better. This has been welcomed by me as I can buy AGY at 27 cents which was unimaginable not long ago. Meanwhile the Argentinian government is doing all it can to increase exports especially that of lithium. Miners / producers only pay a tax to export lithium like any other product. Permits for exporting lithium are a fallacy in fact Argentina is one of the most lucrative nations for lithium producers with a very low royalty
