    Like it or not, SP x SOI = market cap, and market cap is the consensus value of the company at any point in time. How you value the company is your business, but consensus value is currently $350m or 25c per share. As much as some love to trumpet the IP as being worth billions, the simple fact is that Mr Market likes a large resource, and assigns value accordingly. And AGY seems to be having a lot of difficulty defining a large resource.
