The current mine project is honestly not too big, it's construction could've been organized with a small team. Project manager with a few supervisors.

But the expansion is a different league, not only is it 5 times as big, you also have an ongoing operation that you need to organize around.

Good they are looking for that PE, that person needs to be up to speed prior to the start of the expansio, assuming he/she doesn't have a back to back.
