It seems you and a lot of others like to interpret things your own way, creating fanciful little narratives to keep things positive. Like I said, stick to the facts and you'll be fine. AGY have stated multiple times via company releases that they're providing an updated feasibility study, but for some reason you choose to believe that's not the case. There's not much I can do to help you understand, when you don't seem to think the company is even telling the truth.
You keep "reading between the lines" though mate, it's worked wonders for you so far.
