True that everyone said the same in the 40's etc, but untrue that the fear is well founded.
Just normal delays in getting any new complicated systems up and running.
BUT; Once the plant is running at full capacity, all the buyers will be running to catch a moving train, so why wait until then ?
Once the buying starts again, it will be in the blink of an eye.
Instead of waiting for your ship to come in, sometimes it's better to row out to meet it, imo.. of course...
