I said this and I stand by it:

“Previous qualification (of many tonnes) shows that we can make product to tight spec.
Upcoming qualification will prove that we have carried that capability across into our upscaled commercial operation.”

Do you have any idea of the steps of product qualification?
Obviously not.
They bought TONNES of product BECAUSE the product samples met tight specifications.
Do you think that Pablo stuck an ad on eBay saying “BG carb for sale” and the customer said “great, send us 20 tonnes”….?

You really need to do better than this.
