Of course I've done that for about 4 years but that obviously doesn't answer my query about the neighbours. Read my post. I think the area is dotted with projects from other companies and its very worthwhile knowing a bit about them as they are in the same area. I certainly wouldn't be buying at 30.5 cents but sitting nicely and looking forward to the next move up hopefully
