2k should have been funded and off-take in place with option for the 10ktpa, while lithium prices were high. Resource is small, so possibly real reason wasn't that a favourable deal couldn't be made, but more likely no one interested. Makes sense that even with the samples sent out, no customer interested.
Now we're stuck waiting for other milestones before being able to progress.
