    Take over. Any talk about it is just noise. I remember JZ commenting some years back that AGY is structured in a way so TO can't happen. Anyone reading what PUNA are up to will get the clear impression Pablo would say 'over my dead body' This is a long term growth stock. The sp will turn around as this dive is nonsensical
