Try answering the question instead of dodging it, yet again. Why was the container of lithium never sold to the Japanese customer, when they flagged their intention to do so pending the qualification process being successful? This is a clear piece of evidence that points to the qualification process not being successful (at least for that customer).

You don't have a single piece of evidence to show that AGY's product has ever been fully qualified by any customer, let alone meeting a "tight spec". So once more, you are passing off your opinion as fact. If you can show anything that states that AGY's product successfully completed the qualification process for a customer, by all means post it here. If not, take a seat and stop spinning yarns.
