Don't worry everyone, Gcar knew from the beginning that AGY were never going to have the plant commissioned and ramped up by mid-year. Not sure why he kept it a secret when he knew it was going to be end of year or more likely 2024 -- because of the inevitable issues they'd face as well as additional months for qualification.
