8th Feb 2021 - Successful $30m placement to fund the 2ktpa operation.

AGY sent the product, got thumbs up from the off taker and started building the 2ktpa facility just after.

It was a limited placement among institutional investors whose first question would have been "is your product certified by an offtaker?"
The timing of the announcements indicates that the outcome of the certification was positive.
