There is no such thing as "current value is at least double". Current value is the market cap. You could of course suggest the expected future value is double, in your opinion. Probably need some very good news from the company to get there. If they finally manage to ramp production up to expectations, surely the MC will reflect that. Permissions for 10k would be nice news, but what is the point if we cannot even produce 2k tpa. Only the ramp up will cause sustainable company re-valuation. Just my opinion of course.
