with the way the chart is looking, 14.5c wouldn't surprise me.
Fundamentally, 14.5c makes no sense, but right now it seems all fundamentals are out the window, whilst we wait out the storm.
It makes sense for those on the side-line to wait for the trend reversal indications before stepping back up to buy. Right now the chart is too bearish to jump in big, but as soon as that changes I imagine we will see some decent buying IMO.
