yes it matters in production once they announce they can do it at the required rate.
yes it matters if they had a partner on board at 10ktpa with milestones, KPAs and commercial consequences to provide a product at the desired rate, not meeting that wouldnt be good.

BUT...

leading up to it doesn't matter as that's the purpose of the 2000tpa module. it can be replicated once all the bugs have been ironed out. remember they haven't done it before so it's a learning curve.

do you expect them to be pumping out 5.48 tonnes a day from day 1 ? if you do you are not being reasonable. microcap companies need the support of their investors and 3rd party suppliers to achieve their goals
