Pretty funny to ask me "Are you still at it?" when you post many times what I do, most of it incredibly repetitive, and accusing me of 'venting' then throw one of your many tantrums, even coming up with an absurd script.

Early last year you told me that I was stupid for saying I didn't think we'd have the permit until at least some time this year. You were adamant we'd have it last year. Now here we are and you're saying there was nothing misleading about company guidance. It was enough to guide you to think it was stupid to think we wouldn't have the permit last year. And even now you accuse me of taking company guidance too seriously. Take some time to think about that.

You kiss JZ's buttocks regardless of how badly he manages PR, and if you can't see that guidance lead most holders to think things were going to happen sooner than they did and overuse of terms like 'imminent' caused the market sentiment to turn sour, you are Blind Freddy's more blind brother.

And hey, trying to scare me with legalities because I said guidance was misleading is comically hypocritical. You literally complain that I won't try to use the law to attack JZ (??? I never said or implied he broke the law and ASIC is reliably useless even when directors do break the law) but then after your ridiculous script about how absurd it would be to try to take legal action (which literally no one other than you suggested) you say I am personally on shaky legal ground. Again, take some time to think about how hypocritical and absurd that is. Hey, report me, go on, do it. Post the transcript of the conversation for us.

Sure, I'd be perfectly happy to say to Jerko's face that I think he did a bad job of handling PR. I've been polite about it but I've said it in emails, he didn't much care - at least he's man enough to respond politely and professionally to fair criticism, he certainly didn't throw tantrums or make absurd references to legal action - you are far more delicate and vicariously defensive of him than he is of himself. The only reason I don't go to the meetings is because I'm not keen enough to bother with two intercontinental flights and arrange accommodation etc. I wouldn't throw a tantrum like you do (and I'm pretty sure you wouldn't talk to people's faces like you post on here) but I wouldn't be scared to say it to his face. What's the big deal about calling a spade a spade? If you think other people would be too cowardly to do that, it says more about you than anyone else.
