Sadly, we are currently burning cash fairly rapidly and will run out early next year if we don't start selling our product.

An email from JZ suggested we won't need a CR, but I can't say he has given us much reason to trust him.

If we get the expansion approval we'll have multiple options for funding it, and a CR isn't the only one. If we do have a CR in that scenario it will likely be at a premium, but assuming we have demonstrated our ability to produce before then (let's hope they hurry the f up) we'll be in a strong position to negotiate something.

According to the indicated time line we shouldn't have been at risk of needing a CR just to keep the lights on, but it does now look like a possibility.
