    we seem to be moving up incrementally. Not to dissimilar to the spot price BGLCE.on progress reports from the plant development it appears to me.

    Happy to wait this out to 22tpa and beyond. It's performing better than what I can get from the bank for sure. Not quite as good as the returns from my Townhouse developments but hey no complaints here
