If your default position is to think the company MD is lying about cost vs budget, simply because the company has not released specific figures, and yet you still invest (apparently) hundreds of thousands of your hard-earned dollars in this company, then imo you either think every reader here is a gullible fool…. Or you need to seek help. Imo,

Do you think JZ knows the cost of construction?
Do you think he knew what the budget was?
If someone claims his statement above is not accurate then they are effectively stating that a company MD is knowingly lying to the market.
