The Instagram post was released 11 hours ago and informs that all the visits happened this week. The meeting with Martin de los Rios and Romina Sassarini which was attended by Jerko/Puna team with the potential strategic partner occurred sometime in September. It cannot be concluded that it is a Korean partner.
As regards Tier1 battery producers:
SK Innovation has a supply offtake with LKE dated 11/10/22
LG Energy Solution has supply arrangements with SQM Chile
Samsung SDI has arrangements with NVX
Also note that Tier1 does not necessarily mean a battery producer but can also mean one of the current EV manufacturers.
