The meeting with Martin de los Rios and Romina Sassarini which was attended by Jerko/Puna team with the potential strategic partner occurred sometime in September. It cannot be concluded that it is a Korean partner.
As regards Tier1 battery producers:
SK Innovation has a supply offtake with LKE dated 11/10/22
LG Energy Solution has supply arrangements with SQM Chile
Samsung SDI has arrangements with NVX
Also note that Tier1 does not necessarily mean a battery producer but can also mean one of the current EV manufacturers.
