I would have thought that would have gone in with the initial EPA , which apparently the COURTS have already approved.
I'm not in the slightest bit concerned about the 10,000tpa approval or the strategic partner, I just know none of those things are likely to happen until they can show the world, that the entire plant works and can produce at 'Nameplate '
No wonder the shorts are having a field day with this, they must laugh every day..
Fix the filtration system, or whatever the f.ck the problem is , and deliver as promised.
OR , get someone NEW at the Helm, that can steer the boat away from the rocks...
