EV buyers where I am are predominantly (if not all) people in their 50's and later so rising interest rates aren't so much having a negative impact on them (more benefiting them if you have savings) but in time everyone will be driving EV's not combustion engines. By the way RIO and AGY do collaborate according to JZ furthermore AGY is not a take iver target as AGY / PUNA structure prevents that and that was the intention. Meanwhile interesting rates were just put on hold by the fed.
