I agree with you on that one being machine minded, I would assume that engineers of the manufacturer are on site, for how long now, that's an expensive business with profit margin dripping away, if the machine was faulty then after all this time it should or would have been replaced, I am intrigued to know the in's and out's but don't think I ever will.
