I remember an announcement back nearly 2 years ago, in the Covid time if my memory serves me right regarding stoping what I think was the development testing from our pilot plant for Pablo Alurrade to spend is precious time on the build of the 2000 ton plant. I am pretty sure that the pilot plant was then allocated to produce for the local Argentina's market and there was no indication or mention at any stage of any issues with filtration, I stand to be corrected on this point.

The way I see it, I believe that Pablo has ignored the issue altogether or has sort of bluff is way through it and or minimise it to the extent that JZ even got court out of it.

As per 11 October 2023 announcement

Specialistfiltration consultants are engaged to assist with troubleshooting, “the primarysolid’s filtration circuit “with actions and test-works being activelyconducted to improve operational performance and facilitate the ramp up ofproduction operations.

I do believe that the pilot plant is more a batch type operation than the continuous 2000 ton plant they are trying to get going and therefore the filtration system could have been batch as well but I find it very hard to believe that Pablo did not foresee this issue and did not resolve it then. But my experience tells me that this super mind which I have no doubts he is one luck some practical and design capabilities and now they have to spend 4 – 5, maybe 10 in time and money what should have been resolved few years back.

I am hopefull that a solution will be found having been involved with similar experiences for ANSTO Materials and I which that JZ could update the market a bit more in details to see where we are at?
